The “EBRD Pathways to Paris“ conference took place in the Aula der Wissenschaften in Vienna in June 2023. The extensive program that accompanied the conference offered a wide range of events, including a speakers‘ dinner, a gala night with flying dinner and live music, a Vienna “coffee house experience“ with a barista and all kinds of specialty coffees that are typically found in Vienna’s traditional coffee houses, as well as a “sustainable city tour“.

The conference welcomed 78 speakers and almost 250 guests from 46 countries, from Armenia and Greece to Uzbekistan. The stakeholders, partners and investors of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development explored above all climate- and environment-related topics that were presented in different conference formats, ranging from classic lectures and panel discussions to workshops. The conference formats were implemented in cooperation with our technical partner Signature Group.

In an effort to reflect the conference theme we made a point of integrating sustainability from the planning phase onward: The catering was provided by the Green-certified caterer Motto and the event was organized as a carbon-neutral event.

We oversaw all the steps along the conception, planning and implementation phases of the conference and the side events. In addition, the entire guest and travel management was provided together with our partners Flave and Cinnamon.
