The Vienna Chamber of Labor has for the past 5 years been promoting the digitization of the workplace and supporting 500+ projects across Austria with their AK Digioffensive campaign. The big Digioffensive closing event took place on 22 November 2023 in the Expedithalle in Vienna.

A selection of roughly 35 supported projects were presented in thematic journeys during the event. Close to 200 guests accepted the invitation of the Chamber of Labor – among them project-executing organizations as well as stakeholders from interest groups, trade unions, science, politics, and other guests from all over Austria. In addition to presenting the campaign’s lighthouse projects, the keynote speakers Sabine Nuss, Sabine Pfeiffer and Horst Eidenberger as well as the director and the president of the Chamber of Labor explored digitization from different perspectives.

Cornelia Ertl and Corinna Milborn hosted the event and the panel discussions. The afternoon’s artistic contribution came from the Austrian rapper and slam poet Yasmo, who summed up the discussed topics in WordRaps for the event and performed together with DJ Mirac.

We developed and implemented the event concept together with the AK Wien and in close cooperation with the Innovation in Politics Institute.

We also oversaw the event organization, the staging and the spatial conception and design. Putting sustainability first, we designed and realized the event as a Green Event in accordance with the guidelines of the Austrian Ecolabel.
