In February 2024 we launched the new events year with a major event for 2,000 guests in the MARX-Halle event venue. The event aimed at bringing the company’s employees together and incentivizing them for the coming year. Our task was to convey a sense of community, appreciation and gratitude for the hard work done. To make every single guest feel special, the guests were individually welcomed in the entrance area. All registered guests had their names displayed on a large photo wall.

The event was hosted by Miriam Hie and featured a diverse program, including a gig by comedian Thomas Stipsits, who performed scenes from his current comedy program.

Another activity aimed at fostering the sense of community of the guests was a unique musical concept developed in cooperation with the musician Matthias Jakisic. Four conductors guided the audience to create a musical piece together with Matthias Jakisic. Within a short time, 2,000 musicians performed a piece and illustrated perfectly how much can be achieved together if you “act in concert”. After the end of the official program, DJ Plattendreher kick-started the party with his tunes.

Social aspects, sustainability and resource conservation were the core focus areas of the event. The catering was provided by a cooperation of Pool7 – Grüner Kreis, WIEN WORK and the Hertha Firnberg Schule. The non-profit organisation Jugend am Werk crafted the table decorations.

We were responsible for the organisation of the event, the staging, and the spatial design. The Signature Group oversaw the large-scale technical features in the Marx-Halle event venue.
